Flat as fuck. This is not a good lambic. Hard to drink and so mediocre. Major drain pour.

Bottle from "the bottle shop" in London. Extrem sour acid nose. The beer, absolutely flat, starts very acid sour. The raspberry fruits are there, but the body is so sour that it tastes salty. The fruity raspberries are lying as a light layer on top of the sour brew, extrem vinegar-like ending - tastes like a raspberry-vinegar, aged in oak barrels. The wood is there as well, but this extreme vinegar-like acidity kills all of the great fruit aroma, that is fragile left over. Way too much acid here.

(bottle, rating #5500) clear amber-ruby colour with no head. aroma of heavy raspberries, blackberries and dark grape juice, with big notes of fresh beef, some tangy pineapple, vanilla and grass. flavour is mostly sour raspberries and vinegar, followed by lots of grainy malts and buttered popcorn, a touch of cherry juice and a very tart salivation-inducing finish. full-bodied with soft carbonation. yeah, no ...

A 12.7 fl.oz. bottle bottled in April 2016 (notched in label) and poured into a Cantillon ballon glass. It poured a clear cherry red colour with an orange pinkish hue, with no head and no lacing. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, berry gummy candies, grape jelly and some light funkiness. Tastes sour, extremely sour, harsh and overly acidic, vinegar, funkiness along with light fruity raspberry that is largely hidden in the background. Medium bodied, no carbonation and a short but sharp harsh acidic burn. Overall it smells great but beer with no carbonation is not my thing. In addition, it was harsh and overly acidic such that it was almost undrinkable.
