Clear red. Almost no head. Wonderfully refreshing aroma of mature raspberries. Similar, but highly sour taste and tarty aftertaste.

Shared 375 ml green bottle at local tasting. Colour somewhere between pink and red, no head. Strong and intense aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also brettanomyces / farmhouse notes. Minimal carbonation. Lovely sour flavour, notes of raspberries and lemons.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from etresgourmet.be webshop. Pours a hazy orange-hued pink body with no head; this one kinda looks like a fruit juice from the garden more than any kind of beer. The aroma, however, is different: large raspberry notes with loads horsey brett tones, straw, hay, red currant and hints of lemon and citric peel. Taste is tart lemons, raspberry, citric peel, red currants and hints of hay, barnyard funk, cellar mold and faint black currants in the back. Light, dry body, little to no carbonation. Extremely tart and fruity; this fruit lambic "sipper" is pleasant in a slightly masochistic manner - the tartness is strong with this one, but I like it.

Verrassend hoe de frambozen tot zijn recht komen in de afdronk. Heerlijk zuur biertje met lichtroze kleur. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is from a bottle that is true years old and I think the quality has been compromised. Poured with no head nor lace And a clear amber. Aroma is yeast tart raspberries. Flavors like aroma acid is strong raspberries come in slightly dry. With missing carbonation can't really give a fair judgment on body. Actually not too bad for its condition.

Bottle from Total Wine in Boca. Home snifter. Pours a pinkish clear with a very thin pink head that disappears quickly. Aroma of tar raspberries, funky yeasts and lactic acids. Taste is similar with tart raspberries. Nice moderate sourness. Light body refrshing and good.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
375ml bottle from Vanuxeem, drunk in the garden on the hottest day of the year so far. Pours cherryade red, no head. Vibrant raspberry aroma, tart ripe raspberry taste with razor-sharp sour lingering on the tongue and slight funk on the finish. Refreshing but slightly too sour for me.

Had at the Great Arkansas Beer Festival 2014. Wow. This was super nice. Pours a hazy light amber color. Raspberries evident. Very nice tartness and sourness to it. Very light bodied and refreshing. Very nice beer.
