Bottle: Served in a Cantillon glass: No head. Beautiful red colored beer. Flavour is a good mix with an overpowering vinegar acidity and raspberries following right behind. Also some wild yeast, some wood and a hint of red fruit tart soap. Aftertaste is wood, raspberries and light tart. Low to no carbo, watery tart mouthfeel, medium to fuller bodied and a watery tart texture. Awesome stuff!
