Bottle... Opens and pours as flat as a pancake - clear and amber with no head. The fruity, funky bouquet is a fusion of raspberry, sharp cheese and horseblanket. Medium-bodied with basically no carbonation. The flavor is fruity, funky and SOUR as freaking Hell. There’s manure here, which wouldn’t normally be a negative for this style, but it leans a little closer to raw sewage than I’m comfortable with. Sour, lightly astringent, dry finish.

A slightly opaque orange amber body that lacked any kind of head and carbonation was minimal. Aroma hand a nice sweet note from raspberries upon opening. However the more tart notes of the lambic came through. Nice wild yeast presence. Flavor was mostly tart, some nice raspberry notes rounded out the flavor. Finish was fruity and carbonation was almost no-existent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375 ml corked and caged bottle poured a clear red with no head. Aromas of straw, raspberry, barnyard funk and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry tart finish. Flavors of straw, raspberry, light barnyard and a hint of citrus with a smooth dry tart lingering raspberry finish.

Bottle. Cloudy orange color with no head. Amazing aroma with raspberries, barnyard, cobwebs, oak and some lemony notes. Delicious flavor, very sour, with raspberries, lemon, oak, a bit of vinegar and sweat. Finishes a bit astringent. Medium-bodied, flat mouthfeel. Really sour with acidity that punches you in the throat. Love it!

Pours orange slightly red with no head, totally flat, aroma of raspberries, brett, green tea, some wheaty tones, flavor is very sour and acidic, almost totally flat, yet very crisp, raspberries, lemon juice, barnyard and manure, 3 fonteinen kind of bretty character but less complex, medium bodied, great

Bottle via courtesy toss of box from Edmund Edmunds

Pours pretty much still, like good unblended lambic should... not that I know if this is blended or not, but it pours like an unblended. The color is a light orange.

Goodness this is funky, like almost Oud Beersel Oude Lambik funky.... almost. The sweaty animal hyde, the barnyard, they hay, earthy and pungent, not really smelling like vinegar, but just a step away from it...

The flavor is earthy & sour with hay and sour cherries... not a whole lot of raspberry going on but a little. It’s briney with light acetone notes. The vinegar character is low especially compared to the Cassis version. With some very limited reservations I’ll say that this one is very nice and reminiscent to some of my favorite "from the cellar" lambics I tried in Belgium.

Bottle at the Grote Dorst. Pale salmon color, tiny lace head. Tangy raspberry aroma with horse blanket, lemon, leather. Lots of sour funk, raspberry, soft and silky body. Over-the-top sour, too overwhelming for me, but tasty.

Bottle into a snifter. Pours amber with a pale pink hue. No head. Aroma is strawberry, tart, some band aid, big funky horse blanket. Taste is incredibly tart and super puckering. Like chugging the leftover sugar in a bag of Sour Patch Kids or a whole south full of Shockers. Was hoping to split with the missus but was too much for her. Definitely a bit difficult to drink a whole bottle.
