Bottle at KØ16. Good rough acetic aroma. Almost clear pinkish red colour. No head. The flavour is nicely citric, good bite, hurts a little. Late raspberry note, more acid, touch of marzipan. Good and quite in-your-face.

@Lambiczoon - hazy reddish-orange beer with no foam; cheesy with notes of vinegar, barnyard and raspberries; good malt backbone, hugely sour, low carbonation, juicy, dry and long "animal" finish with notes of cheese, hay and raspberries - huge !

375ml bottle. Vintage 2014. Poured deep amber, clear, almost no head. Whoa, very tart stuff. Funky, some raspberries, wood. Vinegary notes as well. Complex. Intensely dry and tart. Raspberries more evident in the dry finish.

Hel klar, ljust gyllene bärnstens färgad, utan skum och man känner bara kolsyran lätt på tungan. Doft: Äppelkällare, övermogen frukt, funk, skogshallon, vått gammalt trä, krut. Smak: Som doft -krut + malt, jäst.

375 ml bottle, bottled April 2012. Served in a Prairie lambic tumbler glass, the beer pours a clear amber/orange color with no head at all. No lacing, either. The brew smells like raspberries, grainy malt, earthiness and some vinegar. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there is also an acidic cheesy funkiness noticeable. It has more of a tart cheesy/funky/earthy flavor than a fruity one. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s a bit slick and has low carbonation. I wish the raspberry showed up more in the flavor of this brew. Maybe I should have drank this one fresher. However, I’ve only had the bottle since October 2015 so that’s my fault. With that being said, I didn’t have any problems finishing the bottle so it wasn’t too bad!

Bottle - Vintage 2013 - Huge funk and raspberry notes. Clearish, oily orange with almost no head. Very tart, raspberry and some funk. A little acidic with a very clean finish. Nose is much more complex than flavor but still quite nice.

37,5cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot. Pinkish looking without much head to speak of. Fruity and funky aroma with lots of raspberries, some wooden notes and barnyard. Solid acididty in this one! Sour and intense with nice raspberry flavour. A bit too much acididty perhaps, but certainly refreshing.
