Aroms was very sour but sweet. Poured a peach/red cloudy with no head. Cork did not pop. Taste was sour and very tart with some vinegar and a little sweet around the edges. The palate was watery and tart. Reminded me of sour warheads candy.

Wow. Smells like so much raspberry. Pours a caramel color - I would’ve guessed it’s in the IPA family had I not poured it myself. Smells like a whole lot of sour raspberry and the taste matches that. Manageable sourness, though. Very good. I’d buy and drink this again.

No head, just some bubbles. Nice red-orange color. Aroma is slightly sour-ish fruity, sorrel, mild vinegar, sweet raspberries, grass, oak. Taste is dry and sour, sorrel, berry skin, vinegar, dry sour raspberries, unripe gooseberries, lemon. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Very nice!

Bottle @ Delirium Café, Brussels. Red/pink colour, no foam. Soft carbonation. Aroma of balsamic vinegar, red berries and raspberries. Starts bit sweet but with a very acidic aftertaste. Refreshing and good but a bit too sour.

37.5 cL bottle at home. Pours slightly hazy pink with almost no head. Aroma has some raspberries, tartness, a little bit of barn and wood. Taste is quite mouth puckering sour with only a little bit of raspberry. Light to medium body, medium carbo. Not really balanced.

Flaska på på beer ditch - ljus utan skum med en syrlighet som inte är av de. A värld.

Ja det här var ett sur knippe, hallonen i viss skymundan. Syrligheten drar i käken.

Pours a lovely color of grapefruit juice, amber-red with pink hints and no head at all. Nose has a perfect balance between sour acidity and a zingy, sweet fruitiness of raspberries. Compared to the "Experimental Cassis", the fruit aromas in this one are way more intense, with decent character and complexity to it. Begins with smooth, dough malts, accompanied by incredible fresh, young raspberries, which hit the palate with a sharp sour sting. After this first impression, its refreshing, gentle fruitiness gets unfolded with all its subtle variations dithering between sweet and sour layers, perfectly enhanced by tart bretts. While the fruit flavor remains recognizable on the palate for a long time, in the end it has to make room for the dry, long lasting, sour aftertaste. The sourness is present even on the outside of my teeth, set in motion by a mighty collaboration between sour fruitiness and very tart acidity, leading to a complex, very enjoyable fruit lambic.

Sampled from bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub thanks to Jean Paul. Hazy dark pink to reddish color, virtually no head. Nicely aroma of red fruit and especially raspberry. Taste is very nice as well: a fine mix between sourness and sweet raspberry. Lightly dry, decent body and carbonation. Quite pleasant.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2014 @ Eddan 14-8-30: en fantastisk doft av hallon. En härlig syrlig smak med fika bärtoner. Syran ligger länge i munnen! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone ---- Soberness not garanteed!
