Bottle from The Beer Store in Southampton, PA. Might be flat - no pop at all when uncorking. Cloudy golden/orange pour. funky yeast aroma. Taste is sour warheads, extreme mouth-puckering tartness; raspberry is quite understated. A sour explosion.

Beautiful, deep, pink, ruby color. No carbonation, no head. Clear. Aroma is sour, tart, wild. Aroma of raspberry is more and more clear, stronger and noticable with every bit of temperature the beer is gaining. In taste itís super sour, super tart. Typical wild, wooden notes, bit of sulfur. Raspberry somehow not even try to balance the sourness, itís making even more sour. But the fruit flavoured notes are beautiful. Itís too sour to be drinkable, but itís seriously refreshing for your palate. Amazing beer.

Bottle. Pours Red with small pinky head. Aroma of vinegar with slightly notes of raspberries and some leather. In taste similar, very sour, vinegar notes with raspberries flavour only in the aftertaste. High carbonation, light body, dry and tart finish. The bottle was fresh and already full of vinegar, I expected more raspberries in it after fantastic cassis.

Pours a clear peachy orange with absolutely no head. Smell is slightly dusty and funky. A nice roundness, with only a mild infusion of raspberry, not the overwhelmingly fake juiciness you find in other beers. The nose feels simple but balanced, with acacia honey and candied orange peels coming through strongly. This is a puckering brew from the moment it touches your tongue to the long aftertaste. Iíve started getting used to the mild tartness of American sours, but this one knocked me straight back to Belgium like a roundhouse kick from Jean-Claude Van Damme. The lack of carbonation is very apparent and disappointing, as it would have lent another dimension to an otherwise brutish flavor. The raspberry flavor does comes through, but not jammy, more like an underripe freshly picked raspberry. Not quite the fruity explosion I expected. There is a mild flavor of fresh goat cheese, alongside the heavy oak, black currant, apricot and honey. The balance of sweetness and dryness works well for me but unfortunately the simplicity of the flavor doesnít rise to the sour kick. This ends up being as good about as the average ímuscles from Brusselsí film.

Very tart super juicy raspberry sour awaits. The pour is a rose wine pink. The closest beer I can compare it to is Paradox Scully barrell #30 with its watermelon goodness. This is pucker up time. Why do most beers fall into the 3.5-4.0 range ?!

375ml bottle. Reddish body with a low head. Some raspberries, barnyard, tons of youghurt, oak. Ocerall thin with dominating youghurt. Loved their gueuze but this is a failed experiment in my book.
