3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 kkearn (1162) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 21, 2008
Bottle, from State Line Liquors (Elkton, MD). Pours orange-amber, with minimal carbonation and a thin off-white head. Very tart and oaky aroma, with mild strawberry contributing some balancing sweetness. Flavor is very tart, highlighting the lactic acid and wood, again with only mild strawberry. Dry, tart, nearly mouth-puckering finish. When it comes to sour ales, I’m a glutton for punishment, and this delivers.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Avengedpoet (326) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - AUG 17, 2008
Pours a hazy straw color. No head to speak of. Smells strictly of sour funk. Taste extremely funky taste. Pretty much tastes like an old Lambic. No tart fresh Lambic taste to speak of. A decent Lambic. Very smooth.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 lassem (631) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 31, 2008
Pours a deep orange with no head what so ever - looks like freshly squeezed apple-cider. The nose is clearly strawberries in a perfumish way. The taste is not that sour and quite singular with the strawberries as the overall- dominating element. The palate is more waterish than oily. The finish is quickly gone... not impressed
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 BoBoChamp (3026) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUL 28, 2008
38cl, sour brew with strawberries, from De Hopduvel Gent, not complex, not balanced, cloudy, nearly no head, nothing special, needs to be revised
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 Capa (1544) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 27, 2008
Pours a pink/orange color. Sour aroma, musty, fruity, over fresh strawberries. Very tart flavor. Strawberries, sour fruit, must. Medium, dry, nicely carbonated body. Very enjoyable. The sour fruit goes well with the sweet strawberry.
