From 375ml bottle. Golden color small off white head that quickly disappears. Funky aroma, wood ,light barnyard notes, fruity. Sweet taste, light acidic, tart citrusy. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The most striking feature is that it should be more carbonated. Almost no head at all. A complex taste with strawberries and citrus, and a slight bitterness like grape fruit. After a while will the sourness dominate. Nice balance in tastes.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma is mostly strawberry jam with some lime in background. Tastes like strawberries but more like dried strawberries than fresh. The strawberry taste is soon overtaken by the sourness. Should have been drier and more carbonated. Pretty nice summery lambic.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
(Bottle sample @ Linköping Beer Expo 2015) Clear orange-gold pour with no head. The nose is a wild combination of rich, cheesy, kind of phenolic funk and fresh strawberry flesh and seeds with a little wood for support. On the palate it’s again got an intense and fairly unique cheese and Brett funky feet character, cloudberry?, sour with sharp lactic acidity, touch of vinegar, wood, and this bright and a little phenolic strawberry flesh/seed character popping out and becoming quite dominant by the finish. Lots of strawberry in the aftertaste. Light body, flat. Unblended lambic I presume, really funky and sour stuff, mishmash of flavours with the strawberry, works much better for me than the sum of its parts. Not sure I could drink tons though.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy orange with no head. The aroma is strawberry seed, funk, oak. Similar flavor to nose, the funk is amazing in this, really enjoyed this.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Small bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with a small head. Aroma of strawberries, some tartness, pale malts, hints of spices, and more fruit. Flavor has a lot of strawberries and a nice blend. Sort of lacking carbonation. A cool beer with a nice strawberry flavor.

2.3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tart berry aroma. Hazy orange color with no head whatsoever. Kinda flat. Starting to think I got a dud. Super tart with a cough syrup consistency. I dunno, it’s alright.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Helder geel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is zuur met lichte aardbei ondertoon, erg droog. Helaas niet bijzonder wat mij betreft.

Ruikt scherp zurig, licht naar aardbeien. Amber, appelsap kleurig. Smaakt zuur, aardbei op de achtergrond. Tintelend volle smaak. Lievelings.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle share with King_Alex_II. Orange color with no head. Aroma is funky, lambiclike, maybe some subtle strawberry, but they are really just hinted at. Wood and staples just like it should be. Taste is woody, sour, apples and lemons, again... Strawberry? Hard to detect, but I don’t care. It’s a fine Lambic. Very sour, but I like it like that. In the aftertaste, again, a sweet hint of strawberry. Flat carbonation. Awesome!
