This is how a geuze is supposed to be. An aroma which is nearly bad but at the same time promising, a flavor of heaven with sour, bitter and surprising elements melting together - try this now!

Oct 5, 2008 Bottle Pours out a cloudy gold topped with a soap head. Aroma of sour and tart fruit along with some sweetness. Tast lots of tart again. Along with plenty of pucker.

Sep 28, 2008 Bottle sampled on 09/26/08 at Night of the Funk. Pours a cloudy light orange with a white head. Aroma is super funkalicious with lots of yeast, old socks, and sweat. Flavor of cracker and lots of funk. Pretty sour too and probably would be hard to drink in large quantities. Nice gueuze with some acidity.

Sep 28, 2008 Bottle from 08 Night of the Funk. Aroma of sweaty socks and other funky notes. Flavor of champagny fruits with a pleasant acidity and that funk. A wonderful beer.

Sep 27, 2008 375 ml bottle. Golden yellow body with a thin white head. Aroma is acid, fruity, mould, vinegar with cellar notes. Flavor is geuze representative, sour, vinegar, citrus fruity, traces of wood and horse blanket/barn. Quite delicious.
