Bottle. Pours hazy dark red, with almost no head. Aroma is funky and very pleasant oaky and earthy notes as well as cherries, and some more surprising whiffs of tobacco, raisins and dark fruits. Full body, with very soft carbonation. Flavour has a massive funky sourness, with some earthy notes of farmyard and oak barrels, as well as tremendous amounts of fruits and berries with sour apples, red currants and full rounded strawberries. Fabulous kriek!

Pours ruby red with no head. The nose is like freshest cherry juice, lactic vinegar notes and hints of blueberry. The taste is heavy sweet and massive tart. The texture is so crisp and fizzy, light body and extreme persistent finish. Wow.

The sour aroma says it all. Flavor is very sour. The pour is a cool looking cherry red with a thin white head. Not really my style but I can appreciate it for what it is.

Bottle at Eulogy. Dark cherry red. Minimal head. Medium bodied cherry. Bit earthy and funky at the end to bring down the sour. Certainly tart but less so the the other Hanssens I have had. Possible the bottle is a bit past its prime. Still a nice solid cherry lambic.
