Huge funky aroma; smells wonderfully sour. It’s no joke when you take this baby to your lips. Big-time sour cherry kick. Not much happening on the palate, just your standard acidity. Has a bit of a sweeter finish. Great way to end the night. GRM (1252), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada

Head collapsing into a still pinkish blush. A tickle of carbonation. Huge wood and sourness on the nose. Sherbety tang biting with lemon juice tartness. Very much a traditional, lambic-heavy Kriek. With something that looks like a pip swilling in it. Wicked. And just the tonic that’s required to reawaken the taste buds in the middle of a 7 hour Belgian session. TheBeerOrg (1569), Kentucky, USA

Intense sour aroma with natural cherries, barnyard and grapefruit. Flavor has the usual brett notes, natural cherries and it is extremely sour. Perhaps the most sour kriek of them all? Very refreshing! downender (2578), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
