Commercial Description:
This is the result of blending black cherries lambic of different ages followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. Storage is similar like geuze. All bottles are champagne corked and can be reserved, in normal conditions, for more than thirty years. It is obvious that an amazing taste evolution takes place.

Bottle: Dark red with a thin fizzy pink head. Aroma sharp sourness, cherries, some funky yeasty notes. Flavor, dry sour and musty, cherries, a tartness. I found this to be, a bit too harshly sour for my tastes, I really prefer the softer bite that the 3Fontinen had.

PPECG09 Light brown pour with off white head and lace. Aroma of sour cherries and yeast. Hugh clean fruity cherriness with a very nice sharp sour that just seems to clean your mouth out. Medium bodied with excellent carbonation. I swear I think this would clean your teeth.

Red, dark red with a big egg shell colored head. Highly carbonated. Smell is cherry, fruits, sour, and acidic. Taste is the same as the smell. Thinner and dry in the palate.

cloudy off rededish brown w/ hints of orange and a fairly dense off white head w/ some good lacing. Well funked aroma lots of leathers some very earthy horse spawning yard smell some definate sour fruits w/ cherries. Palate is well coated lightly carbonated well lingering. Flavor is a verty tart fruit lots of bitter cherries and hints of leather almost musky very dry finish w/ an oaky woody note as well. Well done.
