| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 18, 2005 Old 1980s bottle (ca. 1987) with a pink trait in lieu of label. Red copper in colour, rusty, with a beige head. Notes of cherry, horseblanket and lactic acid. Smoooooth! Not harsh at all, all in softness, welll blended with soft sweetness of cherries, and light acidic points. Was told this was sweetended with sachharin. Bottle shared with Joris, Ursel, May 2 2005. A big dank u! ajm (976), Los Angeles, California, USA

Color is a nice bloody ruby. Flavor is a nice oak character with cherry, yeast, tartness, apple, vanilla and esters. Really something. MrChopin (706), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Aug 19, 2008 Red with bubbly white head. Aroma is tart and full of leather, in addition to cherry and slightly-vinegar dust and hay, some serious funky urine hiding in there. Flavor is a near perfect balance between sweet, tart cherries and slightly sour vinegar, hay; it’s a little on the sweet end, but the sour cherries are long-lasting. Dry yet refreshing. This isn’t more complex than other lambics, but for me, it’s as satisfying as any that I’ve tasted. KyotoLefty (1509), Kyoto, Japan
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jul 11, 2009 750ml Bottle. Wacky orange-brown color with a lovely, thin, creamy head. Aroma of cherries, lactic acid, citrus, barnyard, and something sweet and candy-like too in the background. Deep cherry flavor with a bit of sweetness, a touch of caramel, and a strong sour edge. Lactic creaminess goes with a dry finish, tannic (from the stones?). Perfect balance. Light, crsip and smooth, with a perfect palatte. Wonderful.

| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Apr 16, 2004 Murky ambers and reds, thin disappearing white head. Nose is sour cherry, musty cellar, barnyard, cheese, wood, and a hint of earth. Flavors match with a nice sour tangy bite to round it out. Lighter side of medium bodied, fizzy, tangy finish. Love it!!
