Bottled at Dahlberg, Helsingborg. Hazy dark purple coloured. Acidic aroma of berries, barnyard and sulphur. Rather sour and acidic flavour with a natural berry note. Very light and refreshing.

Sep 4, 2008 Hazy red with a small white head. Aroma is earth and leather with a hint of berries. Tart and fruity flavour with some leather notes.

Sep 3, 2008 Hazy red with tiny white short lasting head. Sour aroma with blueberry and brett. Sour flavour with blueberries, wood, hay and barnyard notes. Sour finish. Nice.

Aug 5, 2008 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy reddish with a rough reddish head. Tart fruit aroma with typical Brett notes of horse blanket. Rather light in the body with tart fruit notes and an astringet sourish finish. Quite interesting. 290608

Pours hazy red-pink with a small, pink film head. Aroma is sweet, with fresh berries, some light tartness, caramel and barnyard. Dry and fine mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly tart, good berries. But there just isn’t enough of an otherwise good thing in here.
