Dark copper colour, nice lasting beige head. Aroma is typically barley wine. Taste is dark fruit, some spices, wood notes, hint of vanilla, sweet with some bitterness, some alcohol. Good full body and relatively high carbonated for a barley wine, not too high though.

Ar: Dark fruit, jam, marmalade, vanilla, alcohol, Brown sugar, extremely rich. Ap: Ruby colour, medium beige head. F: Boozy, although the bottle is two years old, it is noticable hot. Some roastiness dark Fruit and malts, jam, dark fruit and brown sugar. M: Full bodied soft bubbles.
