(Stockholm Beer Festival 2005) Hazy amber, nice offwhite head. Malty, fruity aroma, nutty notes and quite alot of raisins. Vinous and also with some whisky and cognac notes. Malty, nutty flavor with fruits and some vanilla. Raisins and some floral notes. The brewer said he wanted this beer to mature for another year before being happy with it. I cant wait to taste it at the next festival... omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Sep 30, 2005 Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy amber. Intense graefruit aroma. Sweet, peachy and very malty with soft mouthfeel. Both very hop aromatic and malt accented. Gentle, yet powerful.
