thewolf (11131) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 19, 2010
Tap @ Bishops Arms, Malmö.
Pours deep blackish chestnut with a big, staying, creamy, off-white head. Great duration. Aroma is sweet, malty, chocolate, roasted malts. Mild carbonation, lovely creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, roasted, vinious, chocolate, yeast, raisins, light bitter. Super long aftertaste where a bit of yeast peeps through. Really lovely. So well-balanced. Actually feels a bit like a dubbel at some points, a porter at others and a stout at others.

Roasted, malty taste with black coffee, cocoa, liquorice, dark rye bread and a balanced coffee bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, mainly dry. Well balanced and excellent porter.
