A bit hazy yellow color, small white head. A bit grapefruity and papery aroma. Apple, some diacetyl and cooked vegetables in the fruity, sweet malty flavor.

Taste, malty, with light grassy hops palate adding some citrus mouthfeel. Bittersweet finish.
3.5% this is one tasty beer.

Dec 13, 2008 Bottle, 35 cl, thanks deft. Clear pale golden, tiny white head. Grainy, dusty, potatoeish, malt aroma, with some citric hops. Light in body, soft carbonation. Well balanced with a dry and moderately bitter finish.
