courtesy of, and shared with Gnoff. end ’06-07 bottle. thanks for this delicious treat. pours black, frothy mocha head leaving some nice golden lacing. aroma was grainy, and lots of caramel malts. Taste, grainy palate, chocolate malts and a nice spicy hops finish. Seemed a lot stronger than the indicated 7.5%

Bottle @ YNWA. Pours pitch black with no head. Nose is vinous and full of dark fruits, liquorice, roast and coffee. Quite complex and inviting. Smooth and medium palate with a low carbonation. Oily, ashy and sticky. Nice
