Lättdrucken, fast med en komplex struktur. Öppnar inga nya världar precis, för det är den alldeles för vattnig, men den lämnar en ändå med en känsla av behag.

Bottle@Øl&Mat 09, Oslo. A cloudy, brown colored body covered by a filmy layer of foam. Ashy, lightly roasted malts to the nose. Some yeast and faint fruitiness. A light sweet malt body paired with some acidulous fruit tones. Mild roastiness, mild spices and gentle bittering hops in the background. Light to medium body. Soft in the mouth. Harmonious and easy drinkable.

Bottle at Oslo Beer Festival 09. Farily light, easy drinking. Well balanced, not too sweet. Fine session beer.

bottle at the oslo øl og mat fest. i am sooooo used to drinking shitty lagers from norway. mostly because i cant afford anything right now and beer is way to expensive in this country. so now when i experience what might appear to be an average beer on rate beer, it turns into this great experience in beer drinking nirvana for me. That said. I thought this beer was quite exeptional. it lacked a creamy mouthfeel expected with the style, however the coffee taste, the slightly tart black currant flavour the esthery yeast flavours really gave this beer character. I think it is much more then the rating on here, especially if you drink dritøl once a week as a treat.

Draught @ Eskilstuna Ölkultur. Sweet and a bit sour. Way too thin and watery.

Draft at Monkscafe - Dark brown beer with a small light brown head. Aroma is sweet with hints of roasted malt, burnt butter and chocolate. Flavor is sweet malty with some acidic notes with hints of chocolate and coffee. Very easy to drink and only slightly dry.

Draught @ STBOWF. Stockholm Beer Festival 2008, Sweden.
Clear dark red brown orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, berry acidic, raisin acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [270908]

courtesy of Per - clear dark brown colour with a rubish hue; little elusive beige foam; aroma of milk coffee and ashes; the palate is a bit harsh, quite light-bodied; moderately dry and quite thin aftertaste of cold coffee
