Draught, 5.3% at the brewpub. Phenolic aroma. The flavour is better though, spicy and citrus. There is a hint of plastic in the finish, but not too bad. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head.

From tap at the brewpub as Witte Wold, 5.3%. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Dry stery aroma with a light yeasty phenolic note too. Medium dry and fruity flavoured from the back of the nose. Light acidic touch and medium dry into the finish.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2010 Brewery tap: tasting glass. Grapefruit, lemon and grape sugar in the aroma. Thin. A faint sourness in the flavor. Grape sugar. The first signs of infection? Re-rate 28.04.10. Cellar run @ the brewery. Pale blonde, cloudy. Coreander and citrus in the aroma. Citrus and lots of coreander in the flavor. Almost herbal and just a bit out of balance.
