2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 chriso (7065) - London, - FEB 21, 2011
Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 2 on 1 December 2010. Gold in colour. Not much condition. There’s a good, sharp citrus feel but there are other things going on that I found tough to pin down. A bit acidic with some clammy, moist malts and something a bit vegetal. I found it palatable enough, if a trifle odd.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Leighton (4100) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2010
Cask at the Pig’s Ear BF 2010. Clear gold pour with a light film. Salty, sweaty, dank aroma. Armpits? Pringles? Weird flavor, too: floral, meaty, lightly sugary. Body is light, as is the carbonation. More of the odd floral and salty meat in the finish. Just odd...
