Draught, at London Brewers’ Alliance Showcase event on 17th September 2010. Copper with a white, frothy head. Thick full-mouth texture. Very cheesy, with grassy hoppiness rounded with fully flavoured sweet malt. A touch of smoke. Bittersweet aftertaste.

On gravity at the Portcullis, Bristol 27/05/2012. Deep gold with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish, caramel and mandarin fruit, with some slightly doughy malts and moderately bitter finish. So so.

imdownthepub (7491) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 13, 2012
Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’12. Amber with no head. Fruity, tart, apple, it really tasted quite sour. Not a beer I could get on with unfortunately. Disappointing.

OleR (3658) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 26, 2011
Half, from cask (gravity)@The Rake, London. A clear, deep gold colored ale, with a layer of beige fish-eyes on top. Very light aroma. Hints of yellow apples, honey and caramel. Light malt body, fairly dry. Notes of acidulous fruits. Very lightly hopped. Soft, almost bland in the mouth, Hints of bittering hops in the ending.

Leighton (4100) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2010
Cask at London Brewers Showcase. Pours orange, clear with a foamy, bubbly head. Malt aroma with caramel and light citrus. Sweet flavor, lightly boozy with hints of candy. Medium in body with soft carbonation. Has a sweet, almost cloying finish. Not bad though.

harrisoni (10070) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 14, 2010
Cask handpull at The Berry, Walmer. Hazy orange gold. Little syrupy on the alcohol, some white stone fruit. Bit like a Belgian blond to be honest. Decent tangerine finish, just a little uncultured

BeerViking (1055) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 10, 2010
Gravity at a tasting at the brewery on 27/2/10. Apparently this is late-hopped with English Goldings, it poured a dark gold with notes of peaches and cream and Parma violets on the nose, then an astringent and bitter body. Very more-ish.
