COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HAPKIN has a very good fresh, flowery, Saaz hop aroma, a very big creamy head, a soft malt character, and a spritzy, perfumy fruitness drying toward the finish.

A Duvel like beer. But it has a far more subtle taste.

A nice Belgian blonde ale. A little fruity, a little sour and a great head on top of it all.

TAR (2236) - Lafayette, Colorado, USA - DEC 24, 2001
UPDATED: MAY 12, 2003 Creamy head with some moderate stick power. Perfume, Saaz, pepper, and melon all in the nose. A very round, spritzy, creamy (marshmallow creme?) mouthfeel. Flavors of spice, malt, some Saaz as well and a very clean, extremely dry finish. Amazingly dry, fluffy palate. A belgian bottle conditioned pilsner on steroids if you ask me. Must try to understand.

Great head, signature Saaz character, finishes slightly dry. Classic example of a well crafted Belgian Ale.

This one lacks any scent, would be nice for a fat man on a full bus, but really shitty for a beer.
