COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HAPKIN has a very good fresh, flowery, Saaz hop aroma, a very big creamy head, a soft malt character, and a spritzy, perfumy fruitness drying toward the finish.

33 cL bottle: Appearance is golden brown with a white head. Aroma is very basic with malt and a hint of spices. Flavor is dominant in spices, with a pale malt backbone.

Yellow with a big-bubbled white head. Aroma has a spicy hop buzz and some tart fruity esters. Taste is the same, with noble hop sting, and a dry, mildly boozy champagne taste into the finish. €2

Don’t really like the smel. It’s a bit flowery / soapy. Kinda weird. Other than that it’s pretty decent.

Big white head over a golden body that’s clear without and hazy with the yeast. Orange, yeasty, cornflakes and banana. Quite sweet, both in aroma and taste, but nice. Typical Belgian ale. Needs more spices or bitterness to get interesting. (33cl bottle)

Bottle in De Paas. Clear with massive light head. Yeasty with light malt and sweetness. Not a bad beer

bottle@home: the Saaz hops were very dominant & not my thing, light malt, some spice, something floral, smelled better than it tasted, the description by Michael Jackson on bottle was cool but our tastes differ on this one
