UPDATED: AUG 12, 2014 Sampled on draft this beer poured a matte pitch black color with a large creamy dark tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was bitter with gritty floral and fruity hops. The flavor was bitter and roasty with gritty floral and fruity hops and a bit of anise. Long finish. Medium body. Decent.
