Guerde (693), Welcome, Minnesota, USA Sep 5, 2007 (bottle, Thanks Brewfiend) Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aroma is skunky and not pleasant by any means. The taste is also awful with mainly grain and metal, with a finish that wouldn’t subside, and was only eliminated with the help of some water. A foul creation. bochi23 (90), USA Aug 26, 2007 pours a darker golden than I would have expected. Smells like an american macro like but not skunky. mild flavor, watery palette. Not bad. I just hope it doesn’t contain any lead :-) scotty (828), Scotland Aug 13, 2007 Deep golden colour, very thin white head. The nose is dominated by grainy adjuncts, this is also found on the palate. The finish is quite sweet....a bog standard mass produced style of lager. Repeat buy?...Hmmm...dont think so! mfuent1 (15), USA Aug 10, 2007 Got this one from a friend who works for the local Anheuser Busch distributor. He said I’d love it since I like imported beers. I didn’t. whiterabbit81 (243), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 10, 2007 Pours a pale yellow, pretty much on par with standard american lagers. Smells a bit like any other basic lager you’ve had, with a touch of Heinken skunkiness mixed in for good measure. Flavor is very much straightforward, a a bit of rice anda touch of hops at the end. Very thin and watery body. Relatively bland, but quite refreshing and overall inoffensive. robforbes (1083), Bremerton, Washington, USA Aug 1, 2007 pours a clear light yellow with little to no head.
smells like a heineken, very faint, grain.
taste is carbinated, light, thin, and a little tangy.
just an average beer, taste like a heineken but not as good.
Radek Kliber (3912), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada Jul 29, 2007 Bottle 330 ml
Appearance :Good deep golden looking lager with medium white top.3+
Nose :Sweet full of pale malt character aroma with light ester like touch Flavour/Palate:
Medium bodied, with medium high carbonation. Fairly clean but flavour and overall character felt washed out. Plenty of juice but little flavour. Alcohol with low exposure. Fairly clean brew. Notch above better than most local macros.
hayduke (1618), Eureka, California, USA Jul 27, 2007 Came in a bag. It poured yellow with a very mall white head. Nose was mild and malty, and mouthfeel very thin and light. Flavor was very mild as well. No finish...more like tap-water. Drinkable, but that is all.
