A bit more skunky than expected and definitely not my style. Almost painful to swallow.

Usual pale ale/ lager colour and flavour. Nothing new or exciting. Seemed well made. Was not off putting and did its job with some spicy dumplings.

Gul i färgen, vitt skum. Doftar och smakar malt, gräs, hö, ris, papper. En ok öl för att vara Kina.

500 ml can, Harbin 1900 Treasure, ’The Oldest Beer Brewed in China’ 4.3% Clear bright yellow, feeble foamy white head vanishes instantly. Slightly skunky corny grainy sweet Asian lager malt taste. Lively carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Okay for what it is... Chinese industrial swill. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Very little to notice about this beer besides it’s sparkling clear. Tastes thin and watery with a cereal taste. Found everywhere in the country especially at Hot Pot restaurants.

Bottle at a hawker stall in Hong Kong. A pretty piss poor pale lager that is even worse than Corona in the tasteless stakes.with faint sweetcorn flavours /aromas and a neglible hop presence. Weak watery texture.

I drank Harbin while I had lamb steak for dinner and I did not like this. I guess Harbin would get along with some Chinese food, but the beer itself is not very tasty. I felt like it contained some impurities which shadow the pure beer’s flavor.
