Filtered bottle.
Ingredients: Two-row malt, European and Chinese “Qindao Dahua” hops, rice, and German yeast.
Harbin Beer, the earliest Chinese beer, brewed in 1900 in the origin of the beer industry in China. With hundred years of infusion of China’s traditional culture Harbin Beer brings a pure good taste. Inspired by the Tradition and Culture of China’s Most Northern Province of Hellongjiang.

Bouteille claire de 500 ml apportée de Chine par mon père. Arôme: Très légère odeur de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est blonde très pâle avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Très léger goût de céréales avec une pointe fruitée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture légèrement onctueuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrièr goût légèrement fruité. (Rating #3 635)

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2010 The Chinese attempt at making a Pale Lager. Tsingtao didn’t get it right, so maybe Harbin can. Clever labeling.

Harbin Brewing Company, Limited, Wuhan, Heilongjiang, China--Harbin Lager--2007 20.3 oz. Green bottle. 5.40% ABV. 20 IBU’s? (4.0 / 5.0) Pale Lager. Foamy lacy white head. Clear bright gold color. Mild tangy hop malt front. Mild sweet creamy mild butter caramel all malt smooth lager body. No stank. Clean balanced hop spice satisfying end. Sampled 2/24/2007.
