This can is 12% that I bought at Robinson’s supermarket in Manila but we all know the ratebeer admins don’t want me adding a new beer just because the abv is different so here’s what the 12% version tastes like. Its a weak caramel color with a fizzy white head, smells like malt laced with sugar syrup and tastes like sugar and caramel. Instantly headache inducing and not even good enough for going to sleep. One of the, I think 6 out of 3k+ who found it’s way to the drain. A foul drink to be sure.

Carbonized beer, light in colour. i thought, when i’ll open this beer i’ll smell an alcohol, but i was wrong. there are some hops, malt flavor. It’s a litlle bit bitter and easy to drink. At the begining I did not feel 10% of alcohol, but after half of can i was little bit drunk. If you want to get drunk fast, this beer is what you need to get.

Canned 0,50L. Dark/golden color, little bubbly aspect, very fraught, evanescent and gaut head. Alcoholic and metallic aroma with notes of stum, liquer and aged wine. Very bad and unbalanced taste, sweetish, warm, undrinkable. Worste.

Tall can. Convenience store in KL. Bright, cheap yellow-gold. Trailer park gold. Scant head. Sweet plastic aroma. Smells like corn syrup. Tacky palate. Sugars linger long and coat the tongue in plastic. Prickly carbonation. Sickly sweet with industrial corn chips and an ethanol finish. Drink it to obliterate yourself.

If it’s Harboe, you know it’ll be a good one. Golden colour. Whatever head it might have had died very quickly. Smells of plastic, higher alcohols. Tastes much the same. Only vague beerlike accents. Fine malt liquor.

Can, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours shiny and essential golden body, perfectly clear in texture and with a moderate carbonation, head is frothy, big, slowly decreasing to medium with gentle notes of lacing.
Aroma: Slightly chalky, some notes of fuzles, putrid wood, rotten bark, sauerkraut, alcoholic, not horrible but still not sophisticated nor noble.
Flavour: Front is sweet than comes some alcoholic warmth, later on some characteristic salty, accidic minerality typical for a Harboe brewery, non sophisticated, huge and heavy in terms of alcohol giving the spicy warmth. Non sophisticated, not the worst but still poor. Posible to drink by sharing with someone. Finish duration is medium to long.
Palate: Body is light, texture is slightly rough and slightly sticky, alcoholic roughness, carbonation on palate is moderate to high, finish feel is slightly astringent, mineral and heavy alcoholic.

Plastic bottle (1 liter). Copper coloured, no head to mention. Alcohol and malt in aroma, strong alcohol in flavour along with a bit malt and hops in flavour. Great beer to bring to a party though...
