A beutiful amber beer but with a fast disappearing head. The aroma is extremely faint, but a little sweet. The flavor is sour only slightly sweet and not a nice bitterness. Not a beer I can recommend.

33 cL can. Pours hazzlenut brown with an orange hue, clear, and with a diminished off-white head. Aroma has a grainy malt aroma with some hops - going towards a slight metallic note, also the classic Harboe mouldyness can be sensed. Flavour holds a little cinnamon to an initially subdued sweet malt flavour which soon goes into a bitter hops flavour and with a minor metallic edge in the finish. Not too bad really - but doesn’t hold enough Christmas flavours to be a succes in my view.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber colour with only a small head. Nice, full body with lots of malt and caramel-flavours. Nicely balanced by some late hops. Not bad at all - and better than some of the "premium" Christmas-beers. 191199

Plastic bottle. Sweet aroma. Reddish colour, small white head. Flavour is slightly bitter. Not much more to say.

Can. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma is mostly caramel. Taste is sweet with caramel as well.

Clear dark amber with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with hints of roasted malt and caramel. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel and yeasty notes. I got a bit a smoke. Somewhat bitter finish.

Bottle. Dark amber colour with a fair lasting head. Malty bit sweet aroma. The flavour has plenty of malt and and quite a sweet touch of caramel. Ok aftertaste.

Pours pale amber with an okay white head that ends as a few millimeters. Very malty aroma with some citric and caramel tones. Taste is heavy, citric, sweet, peppery and rather boring bitter at the end.

can clear brown, small light brown head. slightly roasted malty aroma. flavor is slightly roasted, caramelly and malty sweet, ends a little bitter. also offers a little burnt plastc and metal flavor.

This Christmas beer is dark brown with a red hue and a nice head. The aroma is malty, just like the flavour, that has a lightly bitter finish. Being a discount beer, it actually is a fairly reasonable brew.
