Can @ benzai. Quite a boring beer. Hay, malty, sweet. Not a lot of body, lacking carbo.

Can @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, typical pilsener like grains and light bitterness. No flaws, just a plain and simple pilsener.

Can, 5.7%. OK malty aroma, not sweet, but with a bit of substance. Clear golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour starts off with a bit of butter, which is surprising in a macro lager, but turns more agreeable after a while. Clean enough finish and OK body.

Can. Pours clear pale golden with negligible white head. Distinct aroma of grass, booze and hop. Metallic flavour with sweetish, yeasty and grainy notes. Unpleasant, lingering metallic finish. A disappointment, but better than the classic variety.

Bottle from Dagli’Brugsen, Ballen, Samsø. Body is bright pale gold, topped by a low white head. Sweet, nicely clean malt aroma. Some bread tones, and a whiff of grassy hops. Taste is on the sweet side, yet without being disturbingly cloying. Dicreet bitterness. Less than medium full. Some fizz on the palate. Overall, a pretty decent pale laker with ok drinkability

Rating #297, can from Fakta

A golden beer with somewhat airy head that dissapears quickly. Aroma is better than I expected, and more obvious too. It has some malts, hops, a little caramel and an alcoholic touch. Taste is much better than I had expected. Yeast and hops are the obvious elements, though there is also some caramel and an alcoholic touch present. Medium bitter finish with a little alcohol. Afterwards, some citrus and yeast can be traced on the tongue. Medium body and carbonation. It is actually all in all a very acceptable beer, especially to its price. It is furthermore more balanced than many more expensive commercial brews, and except from the appearance this beer contains no cheap beer-impressions, as I would have expected from Harboe and the "Dansk Guld" brand.
