The head is ok and the body black. It smells sweet-malty. The taste is malzig, a bit sugar, liquorice, sweet-fruity and a bit sticky on the tongue. A drinkable and very cheap beer from Denmark! 12/10/11/11/11/11

Bottle from Scandinavian shop in Brussels. Black soda body with tan head. Nose is sweet and malty and pungent. Taste is terribly sweet and syrupy. Very medicinal. Couldn’t bare to take a second taste. Really, really putrid. Arghhhh..

Bottle @ DØE Meeting. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of sweet hard roasted malt, sugar, brown sugar. Taste is very sweet with malt, nuts, brown sugar, sugar. Thin body, soft carbonation. Sticky sweet, in short awfull. 161111

Clear dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma is very sweet malty and dark sugary. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet finish. Sticky and watery. Oh, did I mention very sweet? 161111

330 cl flaske. Sort krop met stort varigt beige hoved. Gennemtrængende sød og kvalm aroma. Aroma og smag af brændt malt og sukker. Sød klæbende eftersmag. DK-B-5,85

Dark with a persistent tanned head. The aroma muffled, but spicy christmassy with caramel, cinnamon, cardamum but with a bad earthy note thats a bit unpleasant. Sweet sugary flavor with syrup, burned caramel and christmas spices and a note of wood. Quite good for this kind of beer, if it werent for this earthy note.

Bottle. A clear, chestnut colored beer topped by a decent tan head. Rather intense on the nose, well-fried bacon and promises of lots of bacon to come in the flavor. It’s full-bodied and sticky, with flavors of dark sugar, bacon, roasted malts and dried fruits. Some metallic notes in the finish. I like the smoke profile in this one, else it’s too sweet. 100327
