COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Patron: His highness Prince Richard zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg. Dansk Laksefond (Danish Salmon-foundation)was founded in 1993 with the purpose to bring the wild salmon back to the danish streams. Harboes Bryggeri A/S are supporting this unique project by producing LAKSEØL (SALMON-BEER).

Orange golden colored beer, small white head. Somewhat sour in the aroma, malty and brewing mashy. Also "young" malty flavor, it tastes like it hasn’t fermented long enough. Thin and quite bad.
