(Sample at Papsø’s) Pours a clear and very dark brown with rich, toffee head that laces the glass. Aroma is strongly dark grainy/cereal, which is gradually replaced by metallic notes as the brew heats up. Light body with soft carbonation and a long, sweet finish. Taste is strongly sweet, syrupy and unrefined.

Very dark brown color, small brown head. Very ryebready, wort, some smoke in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Very sweet. Lots of Bamberg-type smoke in the syrupy flavor! Just too much worts and sweetness.
