Papsoe (23008) - Frederiksberg, - JUN 6, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Dark golden with a fairly decent head - to start on a positive note. Extremely watery body - like a pils with some added sugar for alcohol. A hint of hops and nothing else. Easy to drink but pathetic. 190599

Sigmund (3720) - Hafrsfjord, NORWAY - MAY 25, 2012
330 ml bottle, from NETTO. ABV is 5.7%. Golden colour, large to medium white head. The aroma has first some sweetish malts and grassy and herbal hops, and is better than I feared - then the usual Harboe notes of wet cardboard set in. The flavour is first sugary sweeet, then I get a hint of grassy hops, before the finish with dust and cardboard. Sure, my expectations were low, but I suppose Harboe would be capable of making an even worse show of it. At least the beer was cheap ...

POLK (1628) - Hørning, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2012
A nice mixture of ascorbic acid and glucose syrup, which makes this otherwise ok lagers to once sugar watery beer.

Monkeypower (169) - Odense C, DENMARK - MAY 19, 2010
Clear golden with thin, white head. Hops and metals in the aroma and a flavor with some hoppy sourness and notes of grass, pine and rubber. Thin and dull, though it is rather cheap. After a long night of heavy tasting, the flavor doesn’t matter that much.

Totally normal one. But not so bad. I have heard bad things about these Dannish normal Pilsners, but this was drinkable.

Oakes (10196) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 17, 2009
Gold with a thin head. Appley, grainy aroma. Harsh flavour, some grains, apples with a mineral hardness. Pretty harsh-tasting, palate-bludgeoning swill.
