Overall this isn’t a bad beer as such. The do however write on the label that Pale Ale is a type of lager! Enough to warrant a bad note in my book. Don’t be fooled by the name.The label is right. It’s a bitter lager.

Ok beer but a little bland pale ale. One can not expect more of an Harboe product.

19.08.2011. 0,5l Bottle. Pale yellow colour with white head.Rather dissapointing beer with weak malty aroma and medium to thin body. Yhis is a very poor pale ale, and remind me more of a palelager. Notesof good bitter flavours but its to thin to be real good.

Scent is hops aromatic with hints of malt and grass. The flavor has a slightly acidic bitterness with hints of grassy hops and malt, and it’s very similar to a regular pilsner. The taste is quite soft. A fully drinkable beer, but none that stand out!

Bottle. Clear golden pour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma of pilsener malt and citrus. Flavor is slightly grainy and slightly bitter, but mostly watery. Boring brew.

Bottle 0,5 l, pours pale clear golden with large white head.... aroma corn, hay, no hops... the flavor is corn and hay with some bitterness in the finish...

Vandet og trist discount. Harboe forklædt som mikrobryg, usympatisk, når det er klart dårligere end deres standardpilsner. 13 kr. for ½ L i Fakta.

Amber and clear. Has a white head, fully diminishing. Aroma is faint hoppy. Flavor starts moderate sweet, toasted, finish moderate bitter. Dry texture and soft carbonation.

Bought in a super market, served in a can. Very metallic aroma but with a touch of some flowers flourishing in the early spring. Boring beer with a slightly golden colour though and the hope for fruits in the taste vanishing when tasting a plain beer with a bitter aftertaste.
