Bottle from Fotex, Copenhagen. Very very dark ruby. Thin beige head. A very fruity strong stout. Lots of black fruits. Not much hop. No alcohol burn. Not much roasted malt. It’s competent, quite interesting in the low roasted malt and good dark fruits.

Bottled:
Pours dark brown with a low head; doesn’t really look like a Stout. Faint liquorice aroma. Thin body. Short liquorice and toffee flavour followed by a harsh alcohol burn. A really bad Stout.

tarjei (1954) - Bryne, NORWAY - AUG 22, 2008
50 cl bottle, bought at Netto, København - shared with Roger. Dark brown color, nice light brown head. Aroma is sweet with dark dried fruit and roasted malt. Flavor is most of all watery, with alcohol in front, and that is not very pleasant. Ther is some sweetness, and the finish is bitter and not very good - in fact its bad. I had to pour it out.

Pours brown whit a nice beige head. Aroma is lightly roasted malt. The body is not so complex than the other stout with the high alcohol content...Flavor of roasted malt too. Not bad, but no an exciting stout.

Bottle, 8%. Mild roasted aroma, slightly grainy. Clear dark brown colour, red shine. Small very light brown head. Mild flavour, some liquorice. Some alcohol notes. Tastes OK, but far too boring for its ABV.
