The head quickly dissapated, and the aroma was quite pleasing, citrus and hops. Aroma came though in the flavor as the citrus was evident but not overwhellming. Did enjoy it, but I suspect that there are better IPAs out there.

This was nice quaffable hoppy ale, but as a whole, it was less than unique or outstanding. I would consider this a lawnmowing beer that one could slug down with some other session ales. It lacks depth and could use a little more aroma hops. My glass had no head and showed a starch or chill haze(not a problem for me, but maybe for others) Overall I would not buy this one again, but would drink a couple if it was given to me.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
this was bad-i may have had a bad or old bottle, but this beer had no head, low on the hops and was just plain bland and watered down. not what i recomend.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Thin head, but nice lace. Not too bad. Hoppy enough to remind me of the great Pacific Northwest. Sweet malt character & nice floral nose. Nothing jumps out at all, but quite pleasant as result. Nice and smooth mouthfeel, pretty full. Hints of dry barley on the finish. Certainly nothing remarkable to me other than the fact that the brewery is like 25 min from my parentís home in Wisconsin. This is a decent I.P.A. for us midwesterners. A good start for some beer lovers around home, but nothing compared to where Iím at now.

Copper color with a few specks floating about. Decent lacing from a light cream colored head. Old oranges and mild malt aromas. Caramel malt with a touch of mild citrus flavors. Somewhat grainy. Finish with a bit of bit that quickly fades. Some circus peanuts are mixed into this one. Interesting!

Nice rocky, loose head. Light amber color. íGrainsí of yeast settle to the bottom of the glass quickly. Unexciting hop aroma, also some strange aromas, I canít tell where they come from. The yeast? Plenty of malt to balance the hops, but neither hop nor malt really satisfies. Definitely drinkable, but also very forgettable.

Golden color, acceptable head. Bready aroma. Hoppy, but yeasty. Odd blend, but it kind of works. Thicker than Iíd expected.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2008 Somewhat odd aroma (eggs?), a very blond IPA. Very hoppy. Great taste if you can get past the initial aroma which of course I can.
