Cask at Euston Tap, London. An amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, caramel aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, caramel.

Bottle drank on hols in St Ives. Hazy amber beer with a small and very pale cream coloured head. Palate is dry and crisp with a carbonated sting. Tangy orange, ripe and almost sour. Airy malt base. Dry finish. Okay.

Aroma of English spicy hops, caramel malts, redcurrants
Taste of bitter English spicy hop, soft red fruits, dab of toasted malt, caramel malts, subtle flavours
Palate - Medium body, soft mouthfeel, easy going. Finish as main flavour, fairly dry
Overall - OK mellow stuff

Cask at Cask Pub & kitchen. Puts dark amber with a thin white head with poor lacing. Aroma is light hop with a fruity, bitter orange bite. Quite a lot of malt. Taste is slightly malty, mostly bready with fruity hops. Minimal carbonation.

Hazed dark amber with a medium sized beige head.
Nose is light hops, caramel, fruits.
Taste comprises bitter orange, caramel, light tartness to the fruit notes, bready malts, light hops.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, bitterness in the finish.
Solid enough stuff!

Cask handpump at the Rann Wartha (Wetherspoons) pub, St Austell, Cornwall. Dark amber colour, with a creamy pale cream coloured head. Frutiy and malty, with a caramel aroma, medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and slightly bitter finish.
