Big fan of this brewer. Like the IPA this is subtle. Low carbonation as you expect from a good English pale ale with pine, citrus and delicate floral notes from the hops.

Bottle from Beermerchants. Pours almost clear dark golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma is mild malty with modest fruity and citrussy hops. Taste is dry, crisp, yet juicy oranges, soft marmelade malty, high carbonated, dry clean mouthfeel, very good refreshig beer.

Clear golden colour with lasting, lacy head. Sweet tropical fruits in the aroma especially passion fruit and caramelised mango. Flavour is similarly frutiy. Really easy to drink. Great sweet versus bitter balance.

Backlog rating. Keg at BD Shoreditch, London. It pours a cloudy apricot colour with a big white head. Aroma is mostly hoppy, with notes of grass, citrus and violets. Taste has medium hoppy bitterness with notes of hay, grass, citrus and violets. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, good IPA

Keg at Draft House. Hazy orange, still, huge dense foamy off-white head, thick lacing. Aroma has lots of lemon tart up front, some metallic and plastic notes later on. Body is medium, spritzy carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste has more lemon, touch of butter, background floral, dry, soft bitterness with some straw. Very easy going pale.

500ml bottle from Appleyards, Shrewsbury. Hope this is the right one! Drunk from the bottle. Nice fresh hoppy aroma. Taste is vibrant citrus, quite a lot of hops with some prickly grapefruit keeping things interesting. Very nice IPA.

In bottle at the Craft Beer Rising event at the Drygate brewery. This was slightly overshadowed by the richer beers I drank in its company but it still delivered gentle citrus against malt in a balanced package. Imminently drinkable and tasty.
