330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Flat, minimally doughy, pale malty aroma with a minimally floral touch of hay. Taste is slightly sweet, doughy pale malty, floral overtones, some hop bitterness with a citrusy touch; bitter and doughy finish. Pilsener with nice Bohemian impact; doesn’t need much adjustment to play top class.

Svesse (6967) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAY 13, 2015
(Draught at Craft Beer Co Clapham, London, 25 Apr 2015. 4.9%) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, bready nose with apricots, a touch of toast and grassy hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of bread, grass, a touch of apricots and a gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, with balanced bitterness. Fairly middle-of-the-roadish lager, but with a fruity touch. Drinkable.

On keg in CBC Clapham. Slightly toasty looking clear amber lager, with a large white foam head. Nose is barley grain husk, little fruitiness, little sweetness, toasty grain. Taste is barley grain husk, lager yeast, little bit of fruitiness and toast grain. Like a Vienna lager and has that toasty amber colouring too.

Tap at the Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, light malt hop. The flavour is light bitter with a refreshing yeasty sour citrus malt palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at craft clapham. 4.9% Nice golden colour with a lasting pure white head. Aroma is crisp cereal malts with spicy Nobel hop. Crisp clean flavour with some crisp chalky carbonation. Highly carbonation tickles the tongue. Nice dry finish. Palate is a bit thin. Light mineral. Very crisp and refreshing.

Lovely aroma - little fresh tartness on the nose and a good amber colour. Good crispness on first taste could do with a little more petulance. ALMOST a fresh ammonia - not unpleasant - initial taste with a savoury finish reminding me of lime leaves.
