Mar 11, 2007 Bottle. Virtually no head. Body is virtually colorless (ultra-light yellow-green), hazy. Aroma is notes of sour apple, lime juice. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft/lively carbonation. A light, simple, dry cider. Pretty bland, but quaffable.
