On tap. Grassy aroma, a sharp lemon flavour with a bit of malt and grain. Ckean fresh finish but I canít pick much of anything up.....

Cask at Knott Bar, Manchester. Clear golden shade with white head. Nice lacing as well. Soft juicy fruits on the nose. Taste is caramel malt, grapefruit hop linger. Elements are subtle and subdued. Nice enough golden ale but a little unremarkable on the whole.

Pale golden, decent lacing from a not so full head. Plain lemon, soft fruits a fuzzy malt aroma. Decent crisp malty, lightest bready bitterness. Decent enough carbonation. Grassy as you like on the finish. Not terrible, not incredible.

Cask at the Haymarket. Pours clear pale yellow, thin white head. Light lemon and malt aromas, taste is much the same. Standard blonde beer.

Cask by hand-pump at Drum & Monkey, Glasgow - clear pale golden, some bubbles, thin off-white head, floral, pale malty aroma, fairly good lacing, earthy, bit herbal, good carbonation, very easy to drink

Cask gravity at the Wandsworth beer fest preview night 26/03/14. Pale yellow coloured pour with a loose lasting white head. Aroma is earthy herbal hop, with light lemon,. Flavour is earthy spicy hop. Finishes nice and dry. Light refreshing palate. Slightly strange.

Cask handpull at The Tap East Stratford. Clear gold lasting white head some ok malt some ok hop. Itís clean drinkable and likeable. Lacks a touch of hoppy aroma but otherwise a classic 3.8 % Golden ale.

The Rake. Clear gold beer with a small white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light pale malt, touch of sweetness. Hops are lightly fruits and floral with a whisper of limey citrus. Semi dry finish. Not bad, quite drinkable.
