Draft - poured a clear orange color with a small white head. Aroma was more clove and some allspice than perhaps nutmeg or cinnamon. Seet ginger notes, pumpkin - mild malts - this was a pretty good and solid pumpkin brew. Very refreshing for 8.5% - liked the brew a lot.

Bottle from Wegmans bought in Fall 2014 - pours clear orange with some yeasty bits floating in it. Aroma is all pumpkin, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Very pumpkin pie, but I wish in had more of the barnyard or funk you find in a typical farmhouse style ale.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JAN 7, 2015 Mildly funky aroma with less fink in the still very complex flavor. Surprisingly lively and tingly carbonation. Spicy but not so much as to mask the malts and pumpkin.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pumpkin, lemon, and pear nose. Clear orange, thin head. Apricot and pumpkin flavor, allspice, lemon zest finish. Mild brown sugar finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Spicing is very subtle, but the pumpkin is evident and compliments the Belgian esters quite well. Good yeast strain for this style of beer.

750 reserve from Wegman’s Collegeville. Pours hazy copper with off-white head. Nose is extremely spicy. like someone tossed some pumpkin pie with ginger and oregano. Tastes of pumpkin, spice, coriander, allspice, cardamom, and a complex finish. This one is constructed well, and very complex.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours somewhat hazy orange amber with a smaller white creamy head. The aroma brings nice warming and tangy spice. The pumpkin flavors are kind of hollow, pun intended, but the spices are there and enjoyed, just not overly interesting. The body is nice as well.
