COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

It is unclear, warm golden with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma has notes of clove, banana and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of banana, light clove and wheat. It’s just like I prefer a weiss beer to be, harmonic and nice.

Bottle: Cloudy, golden, quite stable small creamy head, bananas and wheat in the slightly yeasty nose; soft & medium bodied, sweet-sourish flavour; caramelly traces in the shorter sweet-sourish finish. Surprisingly good Weizen from the lower saxony badlands......

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy yellow color. Vey spicy aroma with clove, pepper and ripe banana. Clovey, bready and bananish flavor. Full body with high carbonation. Plenty of clove and ripe banana, a bit too much for me.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty and slightly skunky wheat-malty aroma with notes of overripe bananas. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Wheaty and banana-fruity taste, all in all quite simple and straight; slightly sweet and fruity finish with mildly clovy spice. 02.VII.11

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is bananas, mild spices, some melted cheese as well as wheat and herbs. Flavour is slightly acidic wooden notes, some bananas, spices and mild wheat and bready malts. Also some slight metallic notes. Quite "hard" flavoured weizen.
