COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Maria (8585) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2012
It’s hazy golden with a small, white head. The aroma has notes of apple juice and malt. The sweet flavor has the same notes, and the finish is rather dry, but the sweetness makes the lips sticky. Not at all a bad idea!

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 12, 2010
Bottle, 2.6%. The aroma is not especially refreshing. Perhaps a bit of old apples. Muddy yellow colour, like naturtrüb apple juice. Small frothy white head. The flavour is better than the aroma, nicely citric apple flavour and a good beer mouthfeel. Like a good, mild cider.

Quack-Duck (5921) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 12, 2008
bottle. Slightly hazy pale yellow. Beery aroma with hints of apple. Flavours of apple dominate but the drink ist not too sweet but slightly sour and very refreshing. The apple flavour is in no way artificial, you can taste the good apples from Oberschwaben. One of the few beer mixesin which you can actually taste beer. This is a good combination and surely very refreshing in summer.
