Bottle (courtesy of Stefan !): Deep golden, bigger stable rocky beige head with a little lace; solid sweet-grainy nose with a dash of toasted malt and distinctive herbal hops; solid sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; solid (toasted) malt and traces of hops in the finish. Very pleasant brew.....

(bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, deep golden colour with a mid-sized, light-beige foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty and slightly nutty aroma with light but noticeable herbal hoppy accents. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation and a well-matured mouthfeel. Slightly toasted cara-malty and slightly bready taste with herbal notes; moderately dry sweet-bitter finish with an elegant malt character and light but balancing herbal hoppy notes. Balanced and well-crafted brew (18.08.08).

bottle. Clear amber colour, large and creamy head. Malty nose. Flavours of malt, roasted malt and aromatic hops. Very well matured with very pleasant carbonation, a fascinating beer. Medium-bodied, very quaffable with very pleasant hints of roasted malt and a tiny touch of smoke.
