The spicy fresh top beer: Digestible, tasty - but not full-bodied. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hay, light hoppy, grass - hay. Flavor is moderate to light light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, malty, grassy - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101120]

Bottled(500ml). -Golden/yellow coloured, medium sized white head, low carbonation, barnyard nose. Malty, weak hoppy and grainy with light herbal notes. Moderate bitter finish, goes well with spiced food.

Light to moderately sweet grainy aroma with light notes of marzipan and shy hoppy notes in the background. Grainy malt-accented taste, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation; medium-dry, sweet-bitter finish with shy hoppy aspects. Solid brew, pleasant to drink (18.08.08).

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2007 A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is malty with hints of hops, but also with a slight note of butter. The flavor is hoppy and malty combined with notes of both butter, leading to a dry bitter end that also contains notes of vegetables.
