It’s golden with a withe head. The aroma has notes of newly harvested grain, hay, and a little ashes??? The flavor has a light sweetness and dry notes of malt, newly harvested grain, straw, light ashes, and the finish is dry.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, green peas, light to moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

Bottled(330ml). -Clear yellow coloured, small white head that went away fast, grassy nose. Light malty, grassy and bready with notes of herbs and strong bitter finish. Not so good CGP.

Bottle (courtesy of Quack-Duck !): Golden coloured, quite stable medium-sized fluffy head, sweet clean pale-malt and hayish hops in the nose; soft MF, light bodied; soft, clean sweet pale-malty finish with a touch of lemony hops in the distinctive bitter aftertaste. Shows the beginnings of a superb Pilsener..........

(33cl bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, pale golden colour with a stable Pilsener-blonde foamy head. Grassy and pepper-spicy hoppy nose with mild malty accents in the background. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Soft malty base with grassy and slightly herbal hops; dry and hops-accented finish. Clean and fresh Pilsener (19.04.08).

A light yellow beer with a very white head. The aroma has light notes of hops and grass. The flavor is sweet with a nice presence of hops and grass from aroma hops. A very clean beer - which makes it very refreshing.
