Deep copper-amber coloured brew. Fairly assertive crystal malt sweetness with a lightly woody bitterness. A little bit of diacetyl in here as well. Could definitely do with some cleaner yeast here. The hops are actually quite lovely in here.

Bottled 0,65ltr from brewpub (different label than in the photo)
Slightly hazy honeyish golden color, small white head. Yeast, caramel, nutty maltyness, honey. Medium-bodied, low bitterness. Ryeish, berryish, sweetish nutty flavor. Quite odd brew and flatish bottle.

22 oz bottle. Hazy amber/orange with a medium dense head. Aroma of biscuits and lemon mostly with some light caramel and flowers. The flavor is smooth and malty with a mellow hop bitterness coming in at the end. Medium body with average carbonation and a clean finish. Solid ESB, rich and malty with a nice hop character.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Slightly hazed golden pour, big loose white head. Very mild floral and caramel aroma. Tastes a little sweet and caramelly, a touch fruity, and becomes very floral and a mildly bitter on the finish. Not too remarkable, but has a nice mellow, balanced flavor.

Pours amber with a light white head. Light floral aroma. Medium body; foamy carbonation. Flavor is spicey caramel with fruit and a lot of floral. It comes out quite bitter. Just delicious.
