A: Poured a deep, dark brown nearly black with very low carbonation leacing a very small circle of bubbles and some lacing S: The French Oak is prominent with hints of cocoa, roasted malt, light espresso and some vanilla. The Jameson is very subtle on the nose but noticable. T: The French Oak and Jameson peek first with a dry, oaky flavor, some cocoa, roasted malt and light espresso. The aftertaste is a lot of French Oak and Jameson. I have one major issue with this beer and that is the IPA role played a backseat. M: Low carbonation. Plenty of taste. O: Good beer but the low carbonation hampered the beer
